The list always arrives late
Delegation lists are never on time. That is why the portal, email invitations, Excel upload and single entry all feed the same flow.
Experience
AccredZone is not a generic product adapted to sport. The events below were delivered with the tools available at the time — not with this software. What was missing there became the design brief for this platform.

More than 100,000 accreditation cards were personally produced across these events. Event marks belong to their respective governing bodies.
Design decisions
Delegation lists are never on time. That is why the portal, email invitations, Excel upload and single entry all feed the same flow.
So that "how many officials are we entitled to?" is not discussed with every federation separately, quotas were modelled as rules.
A lost card is a security problem. On reissue the card identity changes, so the old card in circulation stops working at the gate by itself.
Security approval was modelled as the record's own status rather than something happening outside the process — and the gate queries it directly.
Managing rights one by one across thousands of people invites mistakes. Rights are defined per unit, with a per-person matrix for exceptions.
A gate with no zone requirement used to open to every approved card. Now no entry is granted until the configuration is complete.
In the demo we look at the system with your categories, your zones and your card design.
