No per-card fee — a full season on one licence

Accreditation software is usually priced per card, which makes the cost unpredictable exactly as the event grows. AccredZone charges per event and never per card: 400 accreditations or 4,000, the price is the same, and lost cards are reissued free of charge.

The accreditation operation itself and the hardware (card printers, blank cards, ribbons, lanyards) are not included. We advise on hardware selection free of charge.

These are response times, not resolution times. The competition period starts three days before the event and ends when it finishes; during it support runs every day 08:00-22:00 event local time, on the channels agreed in the contract.

FAQ

Commercial terms

Is there a trial?

Yes — a 30-day, fully featured trial environment with no commitment. If real personal data will be used in the trial, the DPA is signed beforehand.

How do the term and termination work?

The platform licence runs for 12 months and renews automatically. It can be terminated with written notice at least 60 days before the renewal date, with no additional charge.

What happens beyond 12 events a year?

The platform licence covers 12 events a year, which is a full season calendar for most federations. Each event beyond that is €1,500, whatever the number of cards. If your calendar is regularly above 12, we will prepare an offer for you.

Does the price go up every year?

The fees for years 1, 2 and 3 are fixed. After that, any increase is capped at the previous year's EU consumer price index (HICP).

Can organising committees use the licence?

Yes. The licence holder may extend it to its own events and to the local organising committees it authorises, with no per-committee fee.

What happens to our data if the contract ends?

A full data export is delivered within 30 days of the contract ending. All data and backups are then deleted within 90 days, with a written deletion statement. Because the export is in open formats there is no lock-in.

Is a pilot event possible?

Yes. You can run a real event on the single-event fee. If you are not satisfied the fee is refunded; if you continue, it is credited against the year 1 licence.
