Four routes in, one data model
- Media application portalA journalist applies without an account, fills in the event's own fields and uploads documents and a photo. An acknowledgement email goes out automatically.
- Volunteer portalVolunteers create their own account and complete the application step by step: contact, education, languages, physical details, emergency contact and area preferences.
- External list by email invitationAn invitation goes to the federation; the contact uploads their list from the emailed link without an account. If an invitation is rejected, the reason is kept on the record.
- Excel upload and direct entryBulk import from a prepared template — photos match by file name and failed rows are reported separately. A single person can also be added on screen.
