Who can see what, from one place
- Roles and permissionsEvery screen and operation is bound to a permission, and roles are defined within the event scope. What sets the boundary is the permission, not whether a screen is visible in the menu.
- Data scopesA user can be scoped to a category, subcategory, unit, branch or sub-branch, and then sees only the records in that slice.
- Active session managementOpen sessions are listed and can be revoked; an unused session expires on its own.
- Audit logWho changed which record, when and how — with the change detail, IP address and browser. Passwords, tokens and identity numbers are masked before they are written.

Data protection
The GDPR side
- Hosted in the EU; personal data does not leave the Union
- Retention periods and logged deletion at the end of them
- Data Processing Agreement (DPA) included

Continuity
There is no room to go down on a competition day
If cards cannot be printed or the gates do not work, the event stops. That is why the service level is part of the contract: a 30-minute response to critical issues on competition days.

- Availability99.5% monthly during preparation and 99.8% on competition days, with no planned maintenance during competition.
- Data ownershipAll data is yours and can be exported free of charge at any time in open formats (Excel/CSV plus photo files).
